5 months old and still using the Miracle Blanket

ugh, ok, so i dont know what to do????
shes gonna outgrow it soon, (well, shes little, but probably by next month itll be too small) and she ends up breaking out of it, and i find her whining with her arms out of it, and its wrapped under her arm pits..

her sleeping through the nite has gotten alittle better..she goes in between 8-9, and sleeps until about 2ish, when she realizes she lost her binky..i go in, give it to her, and she stops whining at goes back to sleep..some nites its as easy as that..but some nites (last nite) shell wake up 4-5 times whining for that binky..so i decide i want to do CIO..my question though, should i take off the miracle blanket and do CIO all at the same time? Or should i try getting her off the blanket habit first? Im confused.

if i were you, i would try getting rid of miracle blanket first, you never know maybe she will be able to find binky on own (wishful thinking) once arks are free. I always kept 3-4 binkies in crib is same spot right above head so has access to them throughout the night.

I would break the MB first and then tackle CIO shortly after!

my Ped said to do it all at once. I am still using the blanket too-- and Sasha wakes up more now than she did at 7 weeks!

I think I would do the blankie first then the bink. She might be able to find that bink real soon if you put a couple of more in her crib. It's the best when they can find it on their own!!

We used the MB till he was 5 and 1/2 months and the first night was hard but it wass FINE after that. We are CIO failures so I cannot offer advice there. Good luck!!
