Companies with Great/Bad Customer Service
I've been on the phone with so many companies this week for customer service. Please post your experiences as well!
Great:
Kaz (Vicks Vaporizer)(Talked me through troubleshooting, when it did not work said "send it to us, we'll send you a new one" even though I don't have a receipt or the box or anything)
Apple (so helpful with everything, Double checked to get more solutions for my problem. Promised that if my problem continues I will get a new battery ASAP)
Bad:
Hewlett Packard(Were rude, would not replace defective product with new product, even after several escalations, really gave me the run around and treated me with a lot of mistrust)
FedEx (jerked me around, lied to me about the location of my package several times and this is the 2nd day that my package (which was shipped overnight priority) is not here on time)..

haha. verizon and dell each have one good and one bad.
I have to say my experiences with verizon have been good, dell is so-so. I found gateway for the most part to be more helpful, and apple is by far the best company I've ever bought a computer from in terms of customer service (and product reliability)
