A friend is selling his house in Mineola

They have really kept up the house and love it but need something bigger so they are moving to Suffolk.

Gorgeous!!!
Great area, by the way. Very close to one of the elementary schools and the Middle School. Not too far from the high school.
And, actually, a pretty good price for a house in good condition in Mineola, IMO
