4 month old sleep question
Anyone's 4 month old start waking in the night or super early after STTN since a few weeks of age?
DD has been a great sleeper since day 1 and was doing 9-7 steadily for a long time. Recently she has been waking early and even in the middle of the night.
Last week she'd wake at 6 one day, 9 the next pretty much the whole week was like that.
This week
Mon night woke at 2:45 and 5:45
Tues night 4:45
Wed night 5:45

A few things can be going on IMO.:
1. 4 month sleep regression.
2. She could just be changing her schedule.it happens all the time.. Are naps changing at all? Maybe adjust some naps to get her to sleep longer?
3. teething.

I think she might be just starting to teeth. Her scedule has been the same....no changes during the day.
What is 4 month sleep regression.
My DS' night time schedule never changed, he never slept thru the night  that was consistant

My vote is teething...DH is waking up again after I put him down for the night...he did this Mon., Tues. and last night.
