Vistaprint & Standard Delivery? Does it really take 21 days...
or do they just say that to get you to choose faster shipping and pay more?

I place an order on Jan 20 and I got it yesterday with Standard delivery, but I had order other times and it was faster

Most of the time, no it doesn't take that long. We usually get things pretty fast.

i've always gotten things much quicker with standard shipping. i think its a ploy to get you to spend more $$ in shipping since their products are basically pretty cheap!
(i mean price..not quality)

They are super fast-- I always get my orders (slowest shipping) in less than a week.
