How long do pumpkins last if they are uncut?

How long do pumpkins last if they are uncut?
I bought 2 pumpkins yesterday and used one for pie and bread. I have one small one left over. Do you think it will last til Thanksgiving so that I can make another batch of pumpkin bread to bring to my mom's? Or is that wayyyy too long to have a pumpkin?
