How soon do you put shoes on after a pedicure?
I usually wait 2 hrs after a pedi before I put regular shoes on, even with a quick dry top coat.

I wait about an hour for a regular pedicure and an hour and a half if I had a french pedicure done

Hours. If I go on the weekend in the winter, I plan on staying home for several hours so I can walk around barefoot.
In the summer, I'll just wear flip flops the rest of the day. If my toes have to be covered, I'd still wait a few hours. I hate smudged toes!

I wait forever - but if you need to wear shooes shortly after a pedicure - just put oil (any kind) on your toes and wrap them in saran wrap. Then you can pt your shoes on and you will be smudge-free.
We do this for a lot of customers in the winter

i heard somewhere that it takes 3 hours for nailpolish to dry thoroughly so i try to hold off for at least that

yea well, 2 hrs is not enough! not for dark polish anyway. one of the workers at a nail salon once told me that light colors dry faster than dark because of the pigment in them.
I got a pedi on Monday and waited almost 3 hours to go to the gym. when I got back from the gym, 2 toes were totally ruined. I went back today and had them fixed. 2 1/2 later I had to run 1 errand and I figured it would be ok since I am not going on the treadmill. well I was wrong! 1 got ruined

I bring flip flops with me, so I just let them dry for like 5-10 mins then I'm out of there, I could never wait longer then that...so boring!

I hate shoes so I am probably the last person who should be answering this question. I wear my flip flps all day when I get a pedicure. Heck, I wear flips flops except when its snowing or raining.

ditto! i always leave in my flip flops on and dont put real shoes on until the next day.
