1 hour glucose test: anyone else reallllly tired afterwards?
I feel like I need a nap! Guess it's the sugar crash.

I felt like that after the 3 hrs one and the nurse told me it was from the sugar rush.

Not only did I feel tired and drain the whole day,I also felt sick to my stomach.I guess it was caused from having to fast and theen drinking all that sugar.

I was tired, nauseous and dizzy. Apparently a small population of people react that way and it's ok.
