Sunday: MIL's house
Monday: Turkey Ghoulash with egg noodles and salad.
Tuesday: Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches, Carrot & Celery sticks with Blue Cheese Sauce
Wednesday: Pot Roast w/baby carrots and new potatoes. Cucumber salad.
Thursday: Tuna Casserole, broiled tomatoes.
Friday: Green Chili with hominy
Saturday:Indian Spiced Chicken Cutlets, Tabouleh Salad, Edamame

Saturday - chicken stuffed with cranberry stuffing, veggie and salad
Sunday - hamburgers tater tots and a veg
Monday - leftovers
Tuesday - chicken cutlets with potatoes and broccoli
Wednesday - veal chops with mushroom risotto and peas
Thursday - Chicken piccata with linguini and string beans
Friday - Pizza
Saturday - dinner at my in laws

Sunday : homemade chicken soup
Monday : mini meat loaves, mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts
Tuesday: pork chops with tomatoes and onions with rice
Wednesday: leftover meat loaves (possibly shepherds pie) , with black beans and rice and a roasted tomates
Thursday: pasta fagioli or london broil with rice and veggie
Friday: french onion soup or pasta bake with green beans or spinach/feta quiche or tuna cakes? or baked chicken with rice and veggie
eta: changes since looking through circulars and remembering what we have
eta: dh becoming pickier and pickier

sat - rotisserie chicken, roasted asparagus
sun - southwestern chili with cornbread
mon - rojerono's tuscan chicken, white rice (didn't end up making it last week!)
tues - pasta with roasted eggplant, onions & peppers
wed - greek chicken pitas with cucumber-feta-dill salad
thurs - not sure yet!
fri - chef's night off!

Sun - Roasted Chicken, roasted asparagus, and green beans
Mon - Turkey lettuce wraps and stir-fried veggies
Tues - Turkey Chili
Wed - Using the leftover chicken to make chicken cacciatore
Thurs - leftovers
Fri - out to dinner

Sat: Rott. Chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, cranberry sauce
Sun: Chicken Piccata with penne and sauted spinach and shrimp oregenata
Mon: Leftover hicken and pasta from Sunday with Garlic bread
Tues: Koufta (Armenian wheat/meatballs) with yogurt mmmmmmmmmm
Wed: going out to eat 
Thurs: chicken quesadillas with Spanish rice and black beans
Fri: Spaghetti with Meatsauce

SAT - Steaks, baked potatoes, string beans & creamed spinach (used Hayley's Worchester Chive Butter sauce on our steaks & potatoes) It was FABULOUS!!!
SUN - Asian Chicken Noodle soup side of veggies potstickers
MON - Parm Crusted Chicken breasts, spatzel noodles w/ string beans, shallots, & bacon
TUES - Beef Strognoff w/egg noodles & salad
WED - Possibly going out for wings with people from work
THUR - Chicken Piccata, sauteed spinach, basmati rice
FRI - Still in the works!

Monday- Meatballs in brown gravy over noodles served w/ a green salad on the side
Tuesday- Hockey game
Wednesday- Spanish chicken and rice, side of green peas.
Thursday- Boneless turkey roast w/ sweet potatoes, string beans
Friday- Chicken of some sort not sure yet.

you all have inspired me to make a weekly menu as well. This is what I have
Monday- Fillet of Sole, Creamed Spinach, Sweet Potatoes
Tuesday- Pasta with Peas
Wednesday- Salad with Grilled Chicken, Avocado, Mango and Cranberries in a Mango Vinagerette
Thursday- Pasta w/ Marinara Sauce and Ricotta
Friday- Burgers, Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans
Saturday- out to dinner!

As I lay awake at 2am this morning realizing I did NOT plan for this week AT ALL...I was comforted by the thought of this thread.

Tues: baked perch with lemons and capers, roasted potatoes, asparagus
Wed: Chicken cutlets, rice, place beans, sautees spinach, avocado salad
Thurs: shrimp with spicy red sauce over fettucine, sauteed swiss chard.
Fri: possibly date night!!!

oooh, I love this since I plan my menus as well.
Here is our menu for the week:
Monday: Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Spinach sauteed in olive oil and garlic
Tuesday: Pork chops with hot cherry peppers and broccoli
Wednesday: Sirloin steak with sauteed onions and "Mashed Potatoes" made from cauliflower
Thursday: Chicken burgers with sweet potato fries
Friday: Chilean Sea Bass with a salad
Saturday: Dinner at Los Feliz
Sunday: Beef Stroganoff over whole wheat egg noodles.

Mon 1/11: Turkey Taco's w/ fxins, Black BEans & Rice, Salad
Tue 1/12: Oriental Chicken Stir Fry over White Rice, Salad
Wed 1/13: Leftover Chicken & Sauage Gumbo, Bisquits, Salad
Thurs 1/14: Garlicy Shrimp over Crispy Polenta, Parmigean Asparagus, Salad
Friday 1/15: French Onion Crsuted Chicken Tenders, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Sugar Snap Peas, Salad
Sat & Sun - out for Parties
Mon 1/18: Roast Turkey Breast with Pan Gravy, Roasted Potatoes, Carrots, Salad
Tues 1/19: Beans & Tortellini Soup, Grilled Cheeses, Salad

Awesome! Where did you find the toothfish? I've never seen it in Fish Shops around here! Was it pricey?

Hi there!
I got it at B&B Fish and Clam in Amityville
Southside in Lindenhurst carries it as well.
Not pricey at all, at least to me. It was about $21 for 2 nice size pieces.
I also changed my menu for Sunday. I am CRAVING Sauerbraten so I picked up a nice pot roast, red cabbage, and ginger snaps!
