Please dear baby Jesus let my daughter's school not allow unvaccinated parents in to the winter concert. I cannot stand sitting through those toture fests after a long day of work 2 weeks before Christmas.

Lol. DS2s is outside. I’m praying for rain lol DS1 is having one too the same day, less than 2 weeks away but they haven’t told us yet officially so we may boycott.

my kids school is doing a virtual holiday concert next week. It will be at 10 am and we will all get the zoom link. So many parents are upset and I am thrilled. I didn't like sitting in a crammed auditorium at 7 pm on a Thursday night even before COVID.

Yep. The situation was publicized in the local news. Then Fox News picked up the story. Then the proud boys showed up. Because they are defending our freedom. 
I'll keep my mask thanks and that garbage can get out of town.

What does this even have to do with the story from this poster?
I think the only connection is that it happened in the same town. It didn’t state the protest was because parents had to be segregated at a concert.

I agree with those parents. It is a form of shaming and causing divide. It's sick. I really have a problem with this whole movement that anyone has the right to ask anyone about their medical decisions. It's really disgusting.

So the choice is to be vaccinated, masked and sit elbow to elbow crammed in with other parents, or unvaccinated, masked and be able to have some elbow room and leg room between you and the next family?
This seems like a no brainer to me. I’d be “accidentally” forgetting my vax card that night.

LOL I had said this when they had vaccinated and unvaccinated seating at Yankee Stadium
I'd much rather sit spread out in the unvaxed section than packed in with drunk assholes spilling beer on me and having to climb over 12 people to go use the bathroom.

So my company sent something out saying we have to tell them our vaccine status due to a "Federal Law".
Now mind you- They did not say we have to get vaccinated- just they want to know our status.
Also- I work from home. I'm around NOBODY.
I refused. As did about half the company.
I told them to please show me the "federal law" where it states I have to tell my employer anything about my medical or vaccine status. And that If they could produce said law and show me it, I'd be glad to comply.
Crickets.
They went away after that.

Reading this thread is scary how inconsistent and this illogical these rules have become. It seems from this thread some schools are doing concerts outside, some on zoom and Rockville Center with segregated seating. Our school district is doing nothing but requiring masks. Open seating, however many you want to come and all they ask is you try to social distance and leave an empty seat between your family and the next,
Does anyone who lives in Rockville Center know if this is still happening this way even after the backlash?
