Vaccination Card
I have me second dose of Pfizer today and left my vaccination card at home 
I have all the other paperwork, just not the card. I was planning to go right from work because of proximity but now I am not sure if I should run home which will cost me a bit of time.
I am waiting on a call back from the vaccination hotline but was wondering if this had happened to anyone else.

If you are going to a state site - it doesn't matter what time you go, they just look at the day so I'd go home and get it.

Do you have a picture of it? Or can someone send you a pic? That will be sufficient if you do not have the card with you. (If someone can send it to you, get a pic of both sides)

Wound up getting it...the hotline said I should. Not a big deal, just a little more time than expected. Now its just chilling on my fridge...
