exercise when you're not motivated at home
i've learned the hard way that i don't always motivate myself to give it my best when i'm alone at home.
gyms and classes are still closed here (CA).
if you have a similar issue of getting your motivation from a group setting, but aren't able to go... what are you doing to motivate yourself to do a "hard(er)" workout... to pump yourself up to do more than just going through the motions???
i really need help to "bring it" when i'm alone.

My sister really likes the live Obe classes. They call out your name and have a good social media presence to keep you motivated.
