Suburban Jungle?
Has anyone used this when house hunting? We recently expanded our search to areas we’re less familiar with and thought it might be useful but not sure if we can just get the same info from an agent. Since the expanded areas fall under a different listing service we have to find another agent anyway.

I didn't use them, but they gave a presentation at work and it was very impressive. They made so many good points about matching people to what they really want (instead of what they think they want). They had people who specialized in areas with really specific knowledge (is the town big into sports, is parking at the local railroad station impossible after 6:45AM, is everyone in town a replant from somewhere else) - things like that. Still, I didn't use them personally so can't say if their marketing is all true.

Yes, this is exactly the type of info we need- the nuances you can’t find online.

One other thing that I really liked - they had no horse in the race. The person working with you didn't care which area you ultimately ended up - that was very appealing.

Yup, my understanding is they refer you to a buyers agent AFTER you narrow down area. But the people who educate on the areas is salaried and will get paid regardless of where you choose.
I have so many questions for them
