These are SOOOOOOO good and REALLY easy to make!!!

I want to try making these. When you say light colored skillet to brown the butter...what exactly do you use?
I don't think I have any light colored skillet.
They are either dark non stick or my stainless pots.

I don't think I have any light colored skillet.
They are either dark non stick or my stainless pots.
I use my enameled cast iron pots which are white inside. I'd use your stainless pots, the dark nonstick pots won't allow you to see the changes in the butter as it browns.
