Help....Gifts for children ???
I just found out some wonderful news ....
my daughter-in-law's best friend and her husband have become foster parents to a little girl (age 7) and her brother (age 5)......
I would like to send a "welcome" present to the children.....any suggestions of what to send would be a big help. TIA

My twins are 6 so kinda in the same age range
My son likes super hero’s,Ryan’s world and books lol
My daughter likes LOL dolls. Barbies. Anything jojo. Arts n crafts
Booth love board games,can never go wrong with that

Help....Gifts for children ???
First of all what a great thing they are doing. I work in child welfare and I hope they have a good experience with this. I would suggest arts and crafts kits from Michaels, legos, superhero toys, barbies. Many thanks to them it is so difficult to find good foster homes...

Books, board games for the family to play together, squishy, offer to take a family photo, print it and frame it.

Thank you for the many suggestions....I know the kids will be excited to receive the gifts. 
And as an aside.....I am so far removed from being "in the know" as far as current popular children's toys go that I had to think twice when "LOL" dolls were suggested. 
I thought that Gina was just "laughing out loud" at the fact her daughter liked dolls.
