how much was your bathroom remodel?
If you had an average sized bathroom with tub/shower combo and really just replaced the tub, tile, toilet, and sink but kept everything in the same place, how much did you spend or would you expect to spend?

Around $5k . DH did all the work himself though.
And it's a small bathroom .
If we had to pay someone to do it, it would have been way more.
Because it was small and our labor costs were zero, I went with higher end materials and fixtures

thanks.. I'm thinking 8-10 is realistic for what I'm thinking. Just want to replace the tub/shower combo, add a glass shower door, new toilet, new vanity, and re-tile. Everything will remain in the same location, just new. Very simple on the tile though, like a subway tile with a vintage style flooring

This is what we had done but instead of tub shower, it’s just a walk in shower. We did however replace all Sheetrock too. It was in the 8-10 range.

how much was your bathroom remodel?
We just redid our half bath and our full bath with walk in shower for about $12000 total. Labor for both was $7,000 and the rest was materials. Materials is what makes or breaks you. Everything is so expensive.

This Reno was about $6k.
We gutted it ourselves. We bought tile, toilet and vanity. DH installed soffit; lights and Sheetrock. But we did hire a spackler and tiler for this project.
It’s our basement bathroom. Was just recently finished.
Still needs molding and shower doors.

We gutted it ourselves. We bought tile, toilet and vanity. DH installed soffit; lights and Sheetrock. But we did hire a spackler and tiler for this project.
It’s our basement bathroom. Was just recently finished.
Still needs molding and shower doors.

It came with the sink, faucet, and mirror right?

Sure did! This was from Overstock
We ordered it 4 years ago
I got mine from Home Depot or Lowes like 2 years ago. That's funny.
But I am in love with it. It's so nice!
