Surgery scheduled...
Had my follow-up with my OB today and he recommended doing The laparotomy for my newly diagnosed endometriosis. So I’m having the surgery in 2 weeks. He said there’s a high rate of pregnancy within the first 6 months post-op. I’ve been reading some stats and success stories and it seems pretty hopeful. Just wondering if any ladies on here had the surgery done and any success stories as well..

Surgery scheduled...
Best of luck. I had a lap and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I did have success from a fet about a month and a half after lap but lost it later on due to another issue. I definitely think the lap helped with implantation and reducing inflammation.

Not me personally but I know of 2 people who each had a successful pregnancy after the surgery. One with an IUI and one with a FET.
