Developmental Pediatrican and Neurologist
My son currently sees a Developmental Pediatrician (he is autistic and on the severe end of the spectrum/nonverbal) and she has been prescribing him meds, but its been like trial and error. I am wondering if it is worth it to also see a neurologist, or is it kind of the same?

I'm not sure if there is a difference, but have you looked into QRI laser therapy. It is expensive, but worth looking into.
