I’ve seen it as low as $85-$90 and as high as $160 (the higher end are in the high needs areas). Districts are desperate for subs though. I think my district pays $125.

I believe my district is $110/day but increases if you work a certain # of days.

It's big range and hard to get per diem jobs because the market is saturated

Definitely not hard to get. Most districts are in need of daily subs. I know personally the district I work in and my daughter's districts are always in need. We never have full coverage. My district pays I believe $140 a day. After a certain amount of days I think it increases.

Same...my district is alwayssss down subs. I'm not sure what the going rate is but when I was subbing 13 years ago, it was $110 per day.
