Shakes
which shakes do you recommend if I want to do a meal replacement?
I see a lot of different types not sure which to try.
Looking into a shakes and bar plan.

I really like Quest products - both the protein powders for shakes (shout out to peanut butter flavor! lol), and the protein bars.
They're not specifically designated as meal replacements, but i sometimes use them that way.
Most bars are around 200 calories and very low sugar/carb, high protein. The powder is even lower calorie/carb - very good with almond milk, IMO.

Arbonne Protein! It's delicious. Its plant based derived from peas, rice and
cranberries, It's vegan, gluten free and kosher.

I love the Herbal Life flavors and taste. They are not alot of calories and taste good when blended.
When I am lazy and don't buy it from my friend, I get Whey protein powder.

My trainer suggests Vega products. You can get them in Costco as well as GNC. I've drank isagenix shakes as meal replacements and they taste really good.

I suggest using whole foods over shakes.
They are not as good for you as most would like to believe.
If you want a shake try plain greek yogurt with some fresh berries blended.
