Any suggestions? Looking to lose about 10 lbs and firm up.

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. You can start with Beginner Shred if you haven't worked out in awhile, are injury prone, etc

I even found beginner shred to be super hard. I'm very weak.

21df is autumn calabrese. I like the 21df work out a lot. I alsi like jillian michaels. I did her 90 day total bidy revolution and i loved it. I did all the modifications until i was strong enough to do the regular workouts

Look into BBG by Kayla Itsines. You might be able to find the PDFs online. 28 minute at home workouts.

I'll start off by saying I have always been "in shape". I am a runner and decided to try this program to lean out a bit more. Plus, I had a pelvic floor issue after having my son so I tapered my running A LOT.

I did BBG consistently for 12 weeks and then I would do certain circuits that I found effective for for several months. after that I definitely saw great results in my upper body, but never got the super defined abs that I see on IG. I'm lean but not shredded like some of the women. I think most of those people are very restrictive with their eating, which I have no desire to be. I like treats, going out to eat, and the occasional drink of alcohol.

I have since incorporated more weight lifting and my body composition has changed so much with gaining more muscle mass. And I am able to eat SO much!!
