Restless leg syndrome?
Does anyone on here have Restless leg syndrome? I may have this and was looking for info.

I have it and it’s horrible
The one thing that works is not eating salty or processed foods. I’ve noticed if I eat a salty meal, it’s a tough night for me. I’ve recently been going for acupuncture and it helps with RLS as well as the the other reasons I’m going
The acupuncturist told me to get peppermint tea and drink it with honey after 4:00pm and it helps with it. It’s on my shopping list for next week
