Disney or Universal - Spring break
I think I would do Disney unless the 5 and 6 year old are both tall enough to do most of the rides at Universal. The other thing that would make me choose Disney is I think the characters are still "real" for the younger ones, but probably not for much longer.

Haha, I was thinking the younger ones would be jealous. I guess look at what they can do and are they Harry Potter fans? Have they been to Disney recently. All that would figure in my decision. I think we're going to Universal in December with our young children, but most of our trip will be at Disney.

Not Harry Potter yet. My 8 year old knows about him, but he reads Captain Underpants or Diary of a Wimpy Kid books. He's small for his age so not always able to get on rides. Last time we were at Disney he was 4 and my 6 year old was 2. Looks like it's Disney. LOL THanks

Re: Disney or Universal - Spring break
Universal is very strict with ride guidelines.
Just check them out online and see where you stand.
I would have loved to go to Harry Potter area with them (and my kids are into it), but I would have to accompany them on the rides and I couldn’t leave our littlest.
Although Disney is relaxed, a kid has to be 7 & up to ride without an adult. My very large, very mature 5 year old couldn’t go with my son on any ride without me.
