Advice and positive vibes needed
I post about a week and a half ago because of some sharp pains and brown discharge.
I went to the doctor last Tuesday and she confirmed the pregnancy and said I was about 5 weeks 5 weeks along. She did an sono and saw the sac and she "thought" she saw something inside the sac which could be the fetal pole.
I started to spot on Saturday and again this morning so I called the doctor and asked to be seen today.
I couldn't see my regular doctor and saw the PA. She checked me out and said there was no active blood visible. She did a sono again and said that she can see the sack but nothing in it. I would be 6 weeks 5 days today. She took my hormone levels but I have to wait for the results. She said it could still be too early to see anything inside the sac.
Should I be worried that she didn't see anything?
Is this another miscarriage? With my last miscarriage, I had a missed miscarriage so I didn't go through all of this.
Please help!

When I was pregnant the first time I had my sono at 6 weeks 2 days and the heartbeat was visible. When I had my miscarriage at 7 weeks there was a sac but no pole.

It may just be too early or the position of the sack during the sono. Try to stay positive. I know it's hard when you are so worried. Lots of luck!
