I have started the Core workout

Ya know the one with the ball balancing thing. That workout is tough. With 5 lb weights my legs & arms were shaking! It is really tough to do all the simple moves while trying to balance on the ball! It felt really good though, not too much stress on the muscles & I never ran out of breath.

i need to start doing the core workout and walking on a treadmill!

The program does recommend 20 minutes of cardio on the "days off" from Core. I'll tell you, it is working! after 1 week, I lost about an inch from my waist & some off my thighs, plus I can see the top of my 6-pack trying to peek through
