for me nite time is awful..even tho its been yrs since my dad passed i always find that at nite when im alone with my thoughts i start thinking and the pain and grief sometimes come over me and it literally hurts--that i hafta FORCE myself not to think about it..i dread the nite b/c i hate thinking..
