i do more Account mgmnt/ follow up type of work; resolving conflicts that come afterwards. Yes, i still have to deal with insurance companies, but more in the sense of getting claims reprocessed and all that stuff (or advising patients How they can do it as well) Posted 8/18/05 11:27 PM |
