Raw nuts - they are high in fat but it is good fat, I work for a nutritionist and i have learned alot form her about what is truly healthy, I am also majoring in nutrition myself. Fruits and veggies (raw carrots, cucumbers, grapes, apples, dried fruits etc!) Hummus w/ "whole" wheat crackers That is my favorite! Posted 5/16/05 10:53 AM |
