On top of everything that everyone mentioned I still cannot stand black and brown worn together....
EVEN when it was in style I couldn't take it.
Black pants...chocolate brown shirt...NO!!!
Or...black shoes, brown belt
Or...black pants, brown shoes, brown belt
mind if I ask why? I've personally seen worse color combos

Black and brown don't really bother me - I think this dress is cute.
A lot of people are bothered by black and navy as well.. again.. doesn't bother me. - LOVE this sweater!
What DOES bother me is red and pink.. this combo physically makes me ill!!

IMHO...it's WRONG! They're BASE colors and should not be worn together...it looks HORRIBLE!

my "manager" for one month had this issue and I went straight to Human Resources and placed a complaint!
Oh, and it didn't help that she wore this solid colored blazers that basically drew all attention to the hygein issue!

I agree with all of the above...In addition I think the following are No-No's as well:
Leggings under skirts
Tapered leg pants or jeans
Black w/ brown
Black socks w/ white or light sneakers
Parachute pants
Fanny packs
Mini backpacks (as a purse)
Wearing a ton of jewelry or accessories (all at once)
Skirts so short and tight that the tush peeks out.
Denim shorts
