Those who finished reading Harry Potter come on in.....

So were you shocked at the ending? What did you think of the book?

i'm not completely shocked, but I am really sad.

I still can't decide if snape is really a death eater, or if dumbledore asked him to kill him and knew of this plan the whole time.

Overall I thought the book was really good - thought I feel it started off kind of slow.

I can't wait to finds out in book 7, although, I don't want it to end!

It was sad, but I thought the book was great!! I am curious to see abotu Snape as well, and can't wait to read the last story!!

Like Deb, I was not shocked but still so saddened. I have to admit I cried when reading it.
I am SOO intrigued to see about Snape.
Some days I think hes good and some days I think he is evil.
Is there any word on when the next one should be expected?

When the actor who had played Dumbledore died, I always thought he would be the one to die (I know they replaced him, but I still had a feeling).

It was sad...I think the next book is going to be very interesting...she has a lot of things to tie up before it ends.

i watched the trailer for the 4th movie yesterday (through itunes) cant wait for it to come out in novemeber

I also feel that DD isnt really dead.. that it was all part of the plan?? maybe i dont want to believe it. I cant foresee Hogwarts going on without him.. I dont know I have so many questions and ideas!!!

It is so easy to believe that Snape is on evil side but there has to be more to it. Dumbledore was an extremely intelligent man.. He knew about Malfoy the whole time.

I just dont feel like he was duped by Snape.. I think there is much more to it..

I loved the book. I was not shocked that Dumbledore "died" however...Sad but I didnt cry like I thought I would. Maybe because I believe he is still around...

Interesting about some plan with Snape and DD that may be explained. I thought that maybe Snape was a triple agent but who knows. I definitely am looking forward to exploring this and other ideas in the 7th book. I enjoyed HBP but it was very sad with DD dying.

I don't think there is a reason to have him in school. If Malfoy, Snape and Dumble (obviously V either) are not there...where could the storyline go?

I enjoyed the book...definately sad that DD died (or did he...I'm still trying to convince myself on that one)...not sure about the whole Snape situation...afterall DD trusted him and I can't beleive that he would be wrong on his assumption of him...I seem to be leaning in the direction that DD told Snape to kill him knowing full well what Malfoy was up to...two years is going to be a long time....

I wonder if she is going to do a book for each Horcrux?

she's said in interviews that she'll do book seven and then be done with the series. she could change her mind, but i doubt it...

She said she was 99% sure she wouldn't ever write another HP novel after Book 7, but she will probablt write more reference books (like the quidditch and magical creatures ones) that will give proceeds to charity

I still think Snape may be good- I can't believe that Dumbledore would be so wrong.

Also, I think if he was really bad then he would have hurt them all during the fight (like Harry, Hermione).
