I met with Dr. Bray today At RSONY, and I thought she was great, very nice, concerned, said all the right things..well except for telling me I need to lose weight like 3 times..but at least in a NICE way 
SO...DH has to have his SA on the 30th and I have to come in for the 3rd day of AF hormone testing, but right now she feels no other testing is needed as I do O , and my exams clearly show a cervical problem.
So...Next month will be our first IUI..it will be unmedicated..she would like to try 3 unmedicated cyles. If Im still not PG by then, we will start fosenex( sp?) ....Shes afraid of the med/injections due to the increase in chance of multiples and with my previous PG losses, she does not want us having multiples. Its too risky...
So...We still will try the old fashioned way ..lol..this cycle..and if not move on to the IUI in August..
Overall, Im so glad I went! 
ETA- I forgot to mention the 900 blood tests...thats so fun! lol

I am glad it went well. She did mention weight loss to me too and the word excercise came up like 10 times my last visit. But I guess its true.
I hope the IUI works for you next month, better yet, I hope you get PG this month.

I feel better yet a little scared...not sure why....
Excited too I think....LOL
If it did work 1st try I would be due on or a day or two around my Birthday so thats a fun thought...I guess Im scared of failure before it has even started....LOL

Wow...that is great news!! Aside from the weight thing that is, and I am glad to hear they are going to try natural cycles with you! You should be getting that BFP before you know it!!!

I get the weight lecture all the time too - with reason, and I'm working on it, but jeez it's hard!
