Going crazy (medical mistake)

I just found out that my father's death may have been a result of a faulty defibulator. The box (defib) that was in his chest has been recalled and he/us were never informed. I am a mess. We have contacted a lawer to look in to the case but this is adding a lot of salt to an open wound. Sorry to vent but i could really use some hugs. TIA

Im so sorry you are going through this.

Similar thing happened when my dad died. He died of a sudden massive stroke two weeks after double hurnea surgery. They think he might have been given too much anethesia (sp).

I am an only child and my father is my only parent...i chose not to deal with it for it wasn't going to bring him back. I decided I just didn't want to know...

All the best to you...please FM me if you ever wanna chat!

I have contacted a lawer and he is looking into the case. I know that nothing is going to bring my dad back but if i can help avoid having this happen to another persons parent/sibling or friend that is the justice i want. I am so angry that this all could have been avoided. My father was 56 and he was actually pretty healthy this just kills me to know that had this been taken care of maybe the outcome might have been different.
