We did the Disney land/sea trip. 4 days at Disney and 3 days on the Disney cruise. We stayed at the Beach club resort and got the ultimate park hopper pass. We went in July I believe it costs a little under $5k for the 2 of us.

We plan to go.

Our firts trip to disney, was 4 nights, 5 days and we stayed at all star music, it cost $1100 (dreammaker pacakges) plus $400 airfare, so $1500, then about $500-$700 for food and miscellaneous $2200

The trip when we got engaged we bought premium annual passes $1000 for two. We stayed for 5 nights at ALl star music and that cost about $300, then $300 for airfare and another $500 for food and other BS so $2100

Our third trip was later that year so we alredy ahd the APs, so there was no cost for tickets, and we got a great AP rate for Port Orleans FQ. For 5 nights we paid about $350. Let's say $500 for food and miscellaneous..$300 for airfare, so that trip was only $1150

We'd like to do the same next year, buy PAPs, and go twice, so you can go on 2 6 days trips for 2 people for about $3000 including spending $$ and airfare.

I think disney is actually pretty reasonable as far as vacations are concerned, especially with airlines like song and jetblue, plsu now they have free airport shuttles, and now they have all inclusive packages that include food, and with the cheaper tickets, it's very affordable

we did! It was worth every penny too!!

I'm a bit fuzzy on the exact amount, but for a 7 night/8 day Silver package at the Port Orleans riverside, including airfare, airport shuttle - I'm pretty sure it came to a little over 5K for the two of us. we had an amazing time, and I'm dying to go back soon!!!

We went...I don't remember the exact price but we paid for the Boardwalk with a preferred view, ultimate park hopper tickets and meals for 8 days/7 nights plus town car r/t service to and from the airport for about $3,500..somewhere in that ball park.

We did. Mind you this was 5 years ago, but I paid about $1600 for 7 days (6 nights) at the Carribean Beach Resort. Airfare was probrably about $200 a head out of Islip. We were married in September, so we had some 'value' rates.

Just wanted to mention that if you go for your honeymoon you should make sure that you wear the tophat and veil.

Yeah, we saw a lot of couples with the tophat and veil. We didn't do that - didn't want to draw attention to ourselves.

We didn't either b/c I would feel silly but I read somewhere that cast members are supposed to go over and above for anyone wearing them. We did prominently display our bride & groom pins and got a couple of free desserts. Chat Icon

Yes, but we stayed off-site. It was a last minute change and it would have cost us a fortune to stay on a disney resort.

It's a definite must have. We got ours at the World of Disney store in Downtown Disney
