Got the surge and I have my IUI tomorrow!!

OMG!

I don't usually use OPKs so early in the day (it's 11am), but I decided to today because of my CM...and I got a BFP!!!!!!

I called RSofNY just now and got an appointment! I'm going in tomorrow morning at 8:30am for DH to make his drop off and then we'll go back together about an hour later and have the IUI done!!!!

I'm SOOOO EXCITED!!

For those of you who have had IUI at RSofNY, do they make you lay down for a while after the IUI?

OK going to a bike ride now, I'll be back later.
Gotta burn off this energy!

ETA - In answer to your question, they had me lay for about ten minutes on the examination table...then you can go.

Kathy am so happy for you. This is a really exciting time. Hopefully this will be your first and last IUI.

Did you ever get the results from DH's SA. They will do a mini SA tomorrow, so they will tell you how many guys are going in and how they are moving.

As for your question, you lay on the table for about 10 minutes after the IUI.

Nope, no word on DHs SA but since they will test him tomorrow guess I'll have an idea.

Unfortunately, or maybe not, we BD last night...and I didnt think I would O til Sun. or Mon.! Oh well. I wont even kiss DH today for fear of anything leaking out!

I will TRY to refrain from testing until at least Tuesday but I cannot make any promises! LOL

Just make sure when you go tomorrow you tell them it has been 2 days. I dont think it matters much, yesterday when it had been 3 days abstinent his count was lower than today when it was 1 day in between. Go figure. Good luck tomorrow!!

get some rest, think of it as preparing your body! The anticipation tomorrow will be even worse. Today, when she started I nearly jumped off the table when she touched me (I guess I was a little tense). Literally just touched me, no pian nothing, I just jumped. She said "Hmm, you really are tense today"
