How is him giving her presents which she willingly takes - how could that "constitute sexual harrassment?" I just don't see where a lawyer could even think he has a case. But, I'm sure with all the $$$$$ he and the girl are seeing right now, he'll try darn hard to find a way!

if she said "oh no, I couldn't possibly accept a DP on a Maxima, maybe I could understand that being harassment. but that was CLEARLY not the case
