I would just have to invest in a scale lol lol yeah I dont' own one of those things I am afraid of them. Sometimes I feel like I have lost weight and I get on the scale and I haven't I don't like them

Count me in...I need a lot of motivation. I am trying to do this WW diet and keep blowing it. I just restarted this week and I weigh 128lbs. right now. My goal is to go down 10-12 lbs.

I also need to exercise more...I don't do it enough...

I joined WW three weeks ago and was terrible this week. Weigh in is tomorrow and I am very afraid.

do we actually want to write up an exercise routine for everyone to follow??? That may bedifficult as everyone has time constraints and some are more physically active than others.

Or should we just be a support system and say do a weigh-in once a week and discuss what we did that worked and what we could've done better?

I wasnt "strict" enought with myself this week, weighed in this AM and am down 1/2 lb.
I have to be more careful. I go up and down and get frusturated!
