I sprinkle salmon filets with salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Top with a very little oil or Pam spray and broil til it is no longer that red color. Don't overcook. You may need to lower the broiler rack if the crumbs start to brown too much before the salmon is done. You don't have to turn this. Posted 7/10/05 4:40 AM |
