I love brussel sprouts!!
First I boil them for about 5 minutes or until you can just pierce them with a fork but are still tender. From this point I do different things.
Sometimes I saute them with garlic and oil. YUMMY!!! Sometimes I add pine nuts to this as well.
Lately I have been throwing them in a bag with bread crumbs, parmesan and garlic and then baking them. Also delicious.
