UGH>>>> I HAD THE WORST DREAM LAST NIGHT(WARNING MORBID)

I havent had one of these in a while... but I dreamed that my mom was alive and I kept trying to call her, and I couldnt find her... and then I got a phone call from her fiancee and he said that she died... and he never even called me... then they were bringing her dead body out of the house and I made them stop so I could see her.. and then she started to "wake up" and I grabbed her hand and I was kissing her and my sister had her other hand" and she was saying something about my sister and her jeans? and I think something about how proud of us she was... and then she started gasping for air and saying how she couldnt hold on anymore.. and then she died. Ugh... this is how I woke up... I am sooooooooooooooooo depressed today.

I have those type of dreams sometimes too- the depressing ones where you know it's all wrong and you wake up feeling miserable.

That's miserable. And it stays with you all day, and you can't describe the feeling and explain to others why and how it could make you feel so depressed. It feels SO real.
Try to do something good for yourself today.

I get these dreams too..and when I wake up it takes a few mins for me to realize she really is gone...after 13 years ......
