Ok here's the woman perseptive. Honestly I personally think Don gets offended that I dont swallow is that I did it with my ex but there were factors that played into me doing it. 
Honestly I tried doing it a couple times with Don and its disgusting, the taste the feel of it in your mouth, etc... but I make up for it in other areas.

Same here. I have done it for DH to please him, but the fact that it is so warm, I always spit it out.

A man can alter his "flavor" by eating a lot of citrus and fruits, to make it a more pleasurable flavor (of course it's not going to dramatically change, but it does help). Things like coffee can make it more bitter.
I heard eating pineapples helps a lot
