Yeah, this is a BIG deal for guys.
Can I ask for an opinion other than my DH's on this?
Seriously, isn't it the "action" that a woman is performing more important/pleasurable than if that woman swallows?
On the flip side, I don't really see why some women have such a hangup about it.
I'll jump in here. DH has complained about this as well and I have to say that I am afraid of a gag reflex. I would rather go with option B instead of puking on you. Oh how romantic

I would think that the gag reflex would kick in more depending upon how the "action" is done, not necessarily with the culminating shot.

Teresa...nah, 'cause he could do everything else. But that. I'm a bit of a germophobe and not into that whole "I wanna vomit now" thing. I think that would kill it.

in all honesty, I just don't like it...dont like the smell the taste the thought...I too am a germaphobe and have a hard time with this one.
Its bodily fluid and that kinda freaks me out.

OK...this is a TRUE story...not a rumor...it was confirmed by my SIL who's a PA.
If you swallow and the person has VD...did you know you could die from a possible build up and infection in your throat?
Can you imagine dying because you swallowed? And that autopsy report!! 
Now, our DH's are not random dudes and hopefully there are no VD's...but DEATH is a possibility...and um, yeah, no thanks, I'll pass!!
ETA: I forgot to tell the story!!  A girl called a radio station and said that one of her college classmates died because she gave h3ad, swallowed and had a massive build up in her chest/throat area...it became infected and she passed away.  Apparently the guy had a VD (prob chlamydia) and didn't tell her.
