Can you tell me what your must haves are? I am going to registrer in the next few weeks and have some basic ideas, but is there anything you have that you love and think would be a good idea for a new mom to have with twins.

Thanks.

2 swings, 2 bouncers, 2 car seats and register for 2 extra bases, 2 high chairs.

Lots of onesies and clothes, so you don't have to do a lot of wash. I only registered for the basic clothes, onesies, pants, hats. Also you will need TONS of bibs.

I also liked the cloth diapers for spitting up.

I got 3 mattress pads, 6 sheets, bunch of receiving blankets.

I did! But, I don't use them anymore. So I don't know how worth it they are.

2 Cribs (and assorted accessories)
2 high chairs
2 bouncy seats
2 Pack N Play's
2 Carriers (with 2 extra bases)
4 Car Seats (for when they outgrow the carries. 2 stayed in DW's truck all the time. The other two floated around when needed).
1 Double stroller
2 single strollers
2 Boppies
2 Exer-Saucers

Other things we did:
- We got 12 bottles to start - that way we can go a whole day without having to clean any.
- Double the usual amount of binkies

When they were younger and not crawling, we rotated them from one item to another to mix things up. Though we got 2 of many things, it wasn't necessarily the same item. For example, we have two different high chairs.

Thanks Dennis...did you find that you needed 2 single strollers. I think i am going to register for a snap and go and then a double one when they are bigger. Would you recommend going with 2 single strollers too??

Hi...I also have twins, and I would definately register for two single strollers. There have been a few times that I've gone out with only one and the other stayed with my husband or with my mother and it is much easier to use the single rather than having to lug around the double.

I been out wth only one to go to the Dr's and we just either didn't use the stroller, since they are still in their carriers, or we used the stroller and put the diaper bag in the back.

There are times we do a "split" - I take one baby, DW takes the other. Much easier to deal with.
