the weekly meetings are good because there is a lecture and some interaction, but online is easier especially if you can not make it to the meetings and getting weighed in. Posted 5/12/05 8:32 AM |

I agree with Lisa...I think the meetings are key to keeping you motivated. Not to mention the weekly weigh-ins Posted 5/12/05 9:17 AM |

I LOVED the meetings. But I loved them because I had such an awesome leader. She was not only the leader but everyone's friend. We became such good friends with her she and her hubby were invited to our wedding and we spent a weekend with them and a few other friends in Vegas. Posted 5/13/05 10:30 PM |

It depends. I can be so lazy and a meeting would just be one more commitment for me. I had success with it online over the summer, so I just started it again. Having to log everything I eat online has been keeping me accountable. Though I know there is something called "e-tools" for people who attend meetings, and there is probably a similar feature. For me the meetings work better because they are in person. I know I wouldnt be doing this well on ww online. Posted 5/15/05 8:32 AM |

I used to go to the meetings. I need those "counselors' for motivation. I just told DH im thinking of going back. I havent been to WW in a very long time and need more willpower to do it on my own. Posted 5/15/05 10:55 AM |

I love going to the meetings - that weigh-in is my motivation to stay within my points range for the week. Posted 5/16/05 1:38 PM |
