Thought I'd resurrect this thread.

I've been following WW religiously for the past 2 weeks.

Down 3 pounds. I know I could do better if I would also workout and diet, but my energy level is non-existant and the Clomid hot flashes make it even less fun.

I wish they had sex listed as an exercise!! The amount of BDing we do has to count for something!!! Chat Icon

How's everyone else doing???

Is it too late to get in. I got PG after I lost 50 pounds before my first PG and then gained it all back during my pregnancy. 2 1/2 years later I have lost only 20 of those "baby pounds". Now TTC again and having trouble. My mini goal right now is 20 pounds, but I really would like to lose about 50, even though weight charts for me say I should lose about 70.

DH and I started South beath Saturday. So far so good, I am down about 6 pounds and DH about 8. This is the first time he has done it with me, which is making it sooooo much easier for me.

Boosh you are soo lucky Captain jumped right in there with you. Captain- you are one helluva guy!

HaHa...I am pathetic. I lost some, gained some and am now trying to lose some again. I still need to lose at least 15 pounds! I am not at my max anymore, but not at a great weight for me yet either. I am back on the bandwagon this week and have been doing pretty good.

Back in May I was too lazy Chat Icon

Well after I couldn't fit into the bridesmaids dress I ordered back in Nov. for my best friends wedding coming up this weekend-- I WAS IN TROUBLE!!
So 2 weeks ago I started up WW (on my own) and I've been doing awesome!! I give myself 20 pts. and I've been real strict with myself!
I'm down just about 5 lbs Chat Icon Tomorrow is my weigh in day, so we'll see how I did.

Aww thanks Lauren! So I did my weigh-in and I was right... I lost 5 lbs!!
I also tried on the bridesmaid dress... and it fits PERFECTLY!! Before I could barely zip up Chat Icon

I have been thinking about bumping this thread, so here it is.

My goal for this week is to continue my current plan for eating-
Breakfast-
Fiber One with skim milk and a banana

Lunch-
Turkey sandwich and side salad

Dinner- some kind of lean protein, salad and small serving of carbs.

Snacks- grapes, Power Bar Pria, pineapple chunks and grapefruit.

Thankfully I love fruit. For the last week it's been about all I snack on.

I really need to loose weight. But I have this huge problem of drinking way to much dr. pepper. I love it soooo much. But I'm going to do what my mom is doing. She is on the subway diet. But she makes her own at home. And in the past week and a half she has lost 5 punds. She hasn't even been exercising really. And it's really filling you don't feel hungry. Plus you get a lot of vitamins because you put tons of veggies on them. I'm gonna give it a go. And hope for the best.

Ok Ok, I have to loose about 30 pounds so Im in.
I cant start with all that crazy exercise though, but im gonna start eating healthier and drinking more water..

I've been trying to get in better shape also...so that pregnacy will hopefully be a little easier than last time.

I don't mind lifting weights...but hate cardio...so I remind myself everytime i am on the treadmill...this is for baby # 2...it makes it so much easier to bear.

Eating healty is key....excerise according to my over health conscience DH is only 20% diet makes up the other 80%

i'm so glad to see this has be bumped.
i've given up sugar AND fake sugar (splenda, etc) and I'm back onto my treadmill 25 minutes M-F...

I have my Doc appt on Tuesday- we'll see what happens.

The Subway diet is like what Jared did on all the subway commercials. You eat a sub sandwich for lunch and dinner. It's really filling and it works. Plus you get tons of veggies so you know you are getting all the vitamins you need. It's just like going to subway except you make your own at home.

I just went to Whole Foods and bought lots of organic and natural products. Now I have to stop eating so MUCH of everything... Chat Icon

I can't stand diet dr. pepper. I just need to cut it out completely!!!!!! It is so addicting though.
