Would any one be interested in this?

We all know it's in our own TTC interest to try & lose what we can.

It's healthy for us and makes the TTC process better in so many ways

Anyway- we should work together and motivate each other- post what works for us and what doesn't.. trade tips, etc....

Anyone in?

I'll start-

my goal this week is to do cardio in the morning 3x a week and weights 3xs a week (alternate nights)....
I also want to drink a lot of water, remember to take my vitamins and watch the junk i put in my mouth.

If i lose 1 pound this week I'd be happy.

I was just thinking about this topic today. My mother has been on my case because even though I am not actively TTC right now, I would be thrilled if it happened now. But my mom raised some concerns about diabetes, etc. so I want to drop at least 20 pounds.

My goal for now is to just make conscious, good choices one meal at a time. DH and I are in the middle of moving into a house and it's too all-consuming. When we are in the house I will get back on the Body for Life plan, because I really like it.

My goal this week is to work out more, I've been getting lazy.

Christine you have done, and continue to do AMAZING!! Chat Icon

As I said on my post on LIWs, I have gained 26 pounds since the wedding. Since I've been back from vacation, I've been really diligent about eating better and exercising (in fact, DH and I just got back from the gym tonight .. we have NO excuse, its right in our building) and I did 45 mins of cardio (go me!)

I dropped about 3 pounds since my last doctor's visit, so I have about 23 to go Chat Icon

I think this is a great way to support each other and I am glad the subject came up today - I dont feel so alone anymore! Chat Icon

Can I join too?

I've gained at least 10-12 since the wedding so I'd love to lose that plus more.

Today I'm going to be watch what I eat and get some exercise with my DH. The gym isn't possible at the moment so I'll make sure we go for a nice brisk walk in the park.

This thread is a great idea!!

Last night I cooked a meal that was great. DH also enjoyed it, and it was a recepie from WW.

How many of you girls get the support from your DH as far as eating the same thing? Light and Healthy.

He ate a little more that I was allowed but I was happy that he liked it, that way I don't have to cook 2 meals.

Well, after being utterly, completely disgusted with myself, I joined WW online today. I love Body for Life but it's a bit of a PITA to plan six meals a day when we are in the middle of packing up our apartment and fixing up the house. WW online worked well for me over the summer, as long as I stuck to it. Which was always my biggest challenge.

Today after work I am driving up to the house to do some unpacking and sanding and priming. Not exactly exercise but not sedate either. As soon as we are really in the house I am going back to the gym.
