Due date....

when were you due and when did you go have your twins.
Just wondering how early everyone went.

Im nervous, because Im due Oct. 5th, hoping I will make it back to work at my school in Sept., so I can take an addition 40 sick days for maternity leave.
If I have the baby in the summer, I will not be able to do that.

I was due September 28th, and I had my boys August 26th. I was induced and had to have them early since one stopped growing because of TTTS, which only occurs in Identical Twins.

I was due October 24th and had them on October 6th - My blood pressure was wacky so I had to be admitted to the hospital on the 4th - I ended up going into labor while I was there.
My doctor really wanted me to go the full 40 weeks - which is very uncommon. - I'm told by everyone I talk to that carrying them for 37 weeks was really good.
Just listen to your doctor, when he tells you to take it easy - do it. Premature labor is very common after 32 weeks - you want to keep them in there as long as possible.

I was due June 13th, had my twins on May 16th. I was 36 weeks.

DW was due April 21st, gave birth on April 7th (38 Weeks). She actually went into pre-term labor at 33 weeks (early March).

My aunt had twins, she gave birth a month early. The babies were fine. The only thing was since they were each under 5lbs they had to stay in the hospital longer than my aunt did.
