My plan is to go back to work. I am looking into the nanny route right now. Just wondering what you all do....and if you do send your twins to daycare/nanny how much you pay. Posted 3/29/06 12:14 PM |

I went back to work full time after 3 months of being home. We have someone come in to watch the boys from 8:30 - 12 until my DH comes home. We pay her 30 a day. Posted 3/29/06 12:26 PM |

I will go back after 3-4 months. DH will watch them until the Spring and then we will look into daycare a few days and maybe my MIL will take them a few days. Posted 3/29/06 3:37 PM |

I'll also be going back to work. I am hoping to find someone who will come into the home to watch them. I have also thought about doing the au pair route. Posted 3/30/06 9:59 AM |

I am struggling with this decision right now. I would love to stay home and raise the babies myself, but I have amazing health insurance through my job, that I can't imagine sacrificing that to stay home. I may want to stay home a bit longer than I planned to when we thought we were having one baby. I am not sure what we will do about childcare right now...my mother said she'd help, but two babies are a lot to deal with..??? Posted 3/30/06 2:28 PM |

DW works P/T 3 days a week. The in-laws watch the kids twice a week, my mom one day a week. Posted 3/31/06 5:56 AM |

You should get double maternity leave .... IMO... after all you have 2 children, so what if they come at the same time? Posted 3/31/06 10:23 PM |
