I don't know about my current job however at my last job (and mind you we worked with recovering drug abusers and alcoholics) I had a staff member who came in to work high off of cocaine and another who was unable to come to work one day because she got arrested for a DWI. because I could pickout a bunch of people that definitely use drugs recreationally and probably have come to work high.
