Ebay bidders...

This Ebay bidding is new to me. I was recommended to a site for maternity jeans that carries all Sevens and Citizens I have been bidding on a few other pairs but I feel like maybe there is some sort of strategy to it? Anyone a bidder or has bid before on Ebay?

i usually wait to bid until the last 3-5 minutes- it seems to be when most people become interested and if you wait to bid then, you dont inflate the price too early

people "watch" the items and bid like 5 seconds before it ends, sometimes even less

I do this unless the buy it now price is something that I'd pay.

ITA with a PP that advised to wait until the last 3-5 minutes. Hover over your keyboard in the last minunte - bidding can get pretty fierce.

Also, I seek out the "Buy it now" options b/c sometimes I don't feel like waiting, and I know even if an item appears super cheap, it will probably go up to normal price w/in the last 5 min.

Thanks girls I made the mistake of bidding quickly on a few items i saw so I will keep my eye on them now and wait till they come close to the end.
