Q of the Day 3.25.09

We are in the process of trying to save for a house. We have been talking babies alot more recently so I think we will start on that path soon.

We will begin the house hunting journey in like 2 weeks. My dh is a mortgage broker/realestate agent so hopefully that will help us out a bit.

Also I am planning a huge 50th suprise party for my MOM and my lil sis is getting married on Oct. 11 so lots to do for that.

And, we will be ttc at the end of the summer

well I paid off all my debt (student loans, cc, car loan) with our wedding money and dh purchased his first new car at 36 and now we are all most done paying off dh's cc debt from emergency dental care (he went over his insurance) and so that bring us to today which is HOUSE.

Since we are picky and poor we are finding it hard to find a house where we want for what we can afford so we are starting to go back to like it was the wedding and socking away every penny to savings - this will be starting in April since we are still in paying down his debt.

After that its decorating/fixing house and improving our salaries and maybe after that possibly kids but that isn't happening for sometime - not interested in reproducing anytime soon.

Same exact situation here.

Also, DH has been sick so getting him better has been our MAIN priority.

Getting a full time job since I'm going to be done with grad school and hopefully move out of the tiny apt

The bun in the oven !!

finishing my Masters and getting a full time career job. and DH hopefully getting into the South Hampton Police Academy or Quoque Police Academy this summer.

Hmm.. we are on baby #2 and due in September so that's what we're doing now lol

We got right to baby making and will be expecting our on July 23rd.

we closed on our house in October and we're expecting our in August

Saving money and travelling! Is it possible to pull both of those off at the same time???

We are just focused on buying a house. We both agreed that we want to be in a house for at least a year before we start TTC. I want to have a baby sooner, but DH is right, one thing at a time, lol

I'm also just about out of debt. We paid for the whole wedding in cash, but I had about 6k when we got married. It's down to about $1800, so I'm anxious to get that paid off.

I feel like DH and I have accomplished so much in the 6 months we've been married!

decorating our home and settling in - still, even though we have been here almost 1 yr. it was tough with closing and then our wedding a few months later

TTC in the late summer!!

we have had a very busy year since we got married. first we sold DH's condo, paid off all of our debts, moved in w/ ILs until we closed on our house. we finally moved into our house last month, and are expecting baby #1 in sept.
